Pea Eggplant
มะเขือพวง (Makhuea phuang; Ma koo a poo ung)
Called Makhuea phuang in Thailand, this pea sized eggplant is often used in curries and is indispensable in Nam phrik kapi, a chilli dip containing shrimp paste, where it is used raw.
